My Story

Those who know me know that I have never enjoyed running, I've always somewhat feared it. You'd also know that in 2013 my Mum was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour. Luckily, Mum won! Unfortunately for way too many people, especially children, this is not the case. SO...on Sunday 19th May I'm facing my own fear and running a Half Marathon for everyone who has had to face brain cancer. I've got four months to train and work up the courage to jog 21km and most importantly raise as much as I can to help fight the dreaded C! I remember stepping outside of the elevator the first time I saw Mum after open brain surgery and seeing a donations box on a table. You never forget the feeling of looking at a donations box and wondering if enough money has been put inside it to save your family member. So PLEASE, big or small, help me raise as much as I can for brain cancer research so that one day another family won't have to wonder like I did. Thank you, for helping me x

Thank You
